Job Description

MRP is looking to add an Executive Office Manager to our team. This individual will be directly responsible for the management of our corporate office, inclusive of being the Executive Assistant to the CEO and President of our firm. This position requires a candidate that is organized, efficient, and motivated to help assist all departments as needed.

MRP is a growing Private Equity Real Estate Firm currently focused on acquiring retail strip centers next to high performing Walmart Supercenters in secondary and tertiary markets across the US.

Responsibilities

  • Managing New Hire Onboarding including but not limited to:
    • Ordering equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboards, office phone etc.)
      • Setting up all equipment with the specified vendor
    • Gathering all New Hire Paperwork and providing to the specified party as follows:
      • Offer letter and I9 documentation ? Provide to Dir. Of Asset Mgmt.
      • Parking Application ? Provide to St. Louis Parking
      • Building Access Application ? Provide to Lincoln Property Management
      • Requesting an office key ? Submitting a ticket on the Angus Anywhere Work Order System
      • Submit a license request for a new email address ? Provide to Datotel
  • Information Technology Management including but not limited to:
    • Maintain all technology contacts (firewall, UPS, service contracts etc.)
    • Submit and monitor all maintenance tickets
    • Management new/old laptop setups and swaps
    • Meet quarterly with the Datotel Account Manager
  • Office Management including but not limited to:
    • Maintain and order all office related supplies including but not limited to:
      • Company Printer Supplies
      • Company Postage Meter Supplies
      • Kitchen Supplies (coffee, cups, plates, utensils etc.)
    • Manage our FedEx account and mailings
    • Manage our online EFax account
    • Manage our Charter account
    • Communicate with Building Management as needed
    • Manage insurance on company vehicles
    • Manage all licenses (broker license)
  • Executive Assistant including but not limited to:
    • Manage Executive Officers schedules
    • Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as organization, coordinating gifts to investors, assisting in planning small events, etc.
    • Plan and schedule trip (all accommodations including flight, car rental, and hotel)
    • Plan and schedule meetingsĀ 
      • In-person, conference calls, video chats (Teams & Zoom)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt
  • Ambitious and critical thinker
