MRP continues to grow rapidly – both our portfolio and our team! That being said, we strive to create efficiencies in an effort to streamline our processes and procedures. Since the beginning of 2021, MRP has hired over ten additional employees. We are happy to announce recent updates in company roles and department leaders.

Zach Koonce – Financial Analyst

Zach started at MRP in January of 2020 as a lease administrator. In May of 2021, Zach became a financial analyst where he will forecast future revenues and expenditures during both the acquisition process and the management of a property.

Samantha Gauch – Chief Operating Officer

Sam started in November of 2020. As MRP’s Chief Operating Officer she oversees the company’s operations and ensures the company has effective procedures in place to operate smoothly on day-today tasks.

Elaina Denning – Director of Strategic Operations

Elaina has been with MRP since May of 2018. As the Director of Strategic Operations, Elaina manages marketing, company processes, technology, and helps to align the team on the overall strategy of MRP.

Adrienne Doerr – Lease Administrator/Transaction Coordinator

Adrienne started at MRP in November of 2020 as a leasing associate, in May she transitioned to lease administrator where she manages all aspects of lease transactions and lease abstracting.

Mac O’Keefe – Senior Financial Analyst

Mac has been at MRP since 2017, as a Senior Financial Analyst Mac establishes cost structures and determines capital expenditure budgeting for projects.

Kyle Mertens – Director of Corporate Accounting

Kyle started at MRP in 2017, as the Director of Corporate Accounting Kyle is responsible for overseeing the general accounting and financial reporting functions for the company.
