MRP Acquires 9 Walmart-Anchored Shopping Centers

MRP Capital Group announces the acquisition of 9 Walmart-Anchored Shopping Centers – adding more than 310,000 square-feet to their portfolio. These properties possess a strong tenant line-up with more than 75% of the square footage leased by national credit tenants. MRP Capital Group is excited to be expanding their footprint with first time property purchases in Tennessee and Louisiana.

MRP’s robust infrastructure is singularly focused on operating a portfolio of Walmart-Anchored Shopping Centers. The team has an institutional approach that unlocks value others cannot. With the addition of these properties, MRP Capital Group now manages over 1.5 million square-feet of retail space across 17 states.
