Joe McClary | CEO & Partner
Joe McClary is a partner and founder at MRP and runs the day to day operations of the company. Joe oversees all facets of the business including acquisitions, dispositions, and fund raising. Mr. McClary has over 11 years of experience buying, selling, and operating real estate investments. Joe started his career in single tenant investment sales, which led to partnering with Gary Rosenbaum and the creation of Midwest Retail Properties. He has overseen $200 Million worth of transactions in his career. Outside of the office, Joe is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and his true passion is his children.
Jordan Breck | VP & Partner
Jordan Breck has been in the real estate investment business for over 6 years and is a partner at MRP. He is responsible for sourcing acquisitions, modeling investments, and oversees the company’s growth strategy. Jordan has been personally involved in over $150 Million worth of transactions. Jordan has been with the firm since graduating from Loyola University Chicago with a BBA in Finance.
Gary Rosenbaum | Partner
Gary Rosenbaum is a partner and co-founder at MRP. Gary has been in the real estate industry for over 41 years and has been syndicating real estate investments for the majority of that time. He has transacted several hundred million dollars’ worth of real estate deals. In 2008. Gary started a small company that has evolved into MRP. His experience has shaped and guided MRP into the organization it is today. Gary helps with the financing of our projects and raising equity.
Julie Bartold | Director of Asset Management
Julie serves as MRP’s Director of Operations with direct oversight of the Asset Management Department. Before joining MRP in June, 2017, Julie was the Executive Vice President of Millennia Housing Management where she provided strategic oversight of the management company and specialized in repositioning troubled assets while ensuring that the properties performed to underwritten expectations. Her skills in problem solving, crisis intervention, occupancy growth and marketing helped Millennia grow from just over 5,000 apartment homes to well over 23,000 in her tenure there. She brings over 20 years of management experience to the company, having begun her career in the restaurant industry where she excelled in increasing sales as well as financial and personnel management.
